LIFE FLIP: fruit 🍎
At some point, your life will flip. Either you will take action to create change, or something — like a global pandemic — will flip your life for you. Either way, it’s OK. So, let’s embrace life’s flips, and learn and grow from them. Now, allow me to suggest a flip for us to embrace today.
Fruit
Fruit, it’s good and good for you. But, are you in a fruit rut? It’s easy to grab an apple, banana or a bunch of grapes .. and not saying that you shouldn’t. But, this week try a few fruits that you don’t typically eat. Frozen blueberries, cherries, mandarins, some dried apricots or even a few strawberries. Flip the fruit you eat and maybe even go the extra mile and make a fruit smoothie this week. Either way, enjoy and do your body good by giving it a few new fruits.
